    Job DescriptionMain PurposeThe Retail Coordinator is responsible for leading the performance, profitability, optimization and development of the internal and external network in the MEIA, in line with the Maison's and the market's global strategy.

    Ambassador for the brand, he/she is the warrant of the achievement of the business targets on her network by ensuring operational excellence.


    Key ResponsibilitiesCOMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND MONITORING:
    Define together with the commercial team the annual and medium-term strategy for the whole networkMonitor commercial targets and KPIs Implement incentives, animate and track performance Support the implementation of action plans in the whole networkEnsure a proper follow-up and reporting of the internal and external network results (sales, KPIs)Boutique commercial plans creation and monitoring Create taskforces to construct tactical plans per month to reach commercial targets Prepare business reviews and presentations for CEO visitsPrepare monthly inspire IB and EB meetings as well as quarterly IB and EB townhalls Assist and support Commercial Director, HJ manager, Retail UAE Area Manager, and MEIA Area Manager with adhoc requestsBOUTIQUE ACTIVATION SUPERVISIONTailor a boutique activation catalogue for the MEIA region in collaboration with the CRM teamLead taskforces for key activations Follow enveloppe of T&E and S&D by BoutiqueBoutique activations follow-up (ROI results) Tailor a new gift strategy (referral program) in collaboration with the CRM teamWork on partnerships with IB BOUTIQUE OPERATION SUPERVISIONVisit boutiques in order to control all the business aspects and check application of all guidelines (boutique check-list fixed by HQ and Richemont, uniforms, petty cash, flowers, catering, grooming)Ensure boutique teams are aware and aligned on the Brand's standards (experience, service, sales skills) Develop a Business oriented approach and positive mindset in the network Make sure omnichannel services are adopted and be the point of contact for HQ concerning reports to send monthly Organize CS platform visits for Sales associates and commercial team
