Description

Total management of the products throughout the Supply Chain from Origin to Central Warehouse and then later to Branches & Corporate Offices.

Ordering of products & monitoring the Purchase Orders (Local & International) from the Suppliers as per Demand & Supply Requirements.

Co-ordinate and negotiate with the Suppliers for deliveries, shipping Companies for the shipments. Assisting in sourcing of new suppliers locally and overseas. Prepare reports related to Shipments, Inventory, Consumptions, Expiry & Supply Chain Performance. Prepare Daily, Monthly & Quarterly Reports. Ensure that buying prices are the lowest in the market according to the business volumes and quality specifications. Effectively manage vendors to ensure deliveries are carried out according to agreements and the promised specifications. Must evaluate all suppliers on a quarterly basis, consistently challenging quality, and pricing variables. Maintain a vendor file for each supplier which will consist of monthly performance reports, monthly evaluations, quality issues, etc. Prepare & send out Monthly sales reports to Suppliers. Manage Warehouse arrangements & team whenever required. Participate in physical monthly inventory in the Warehouse & Branches.
