    Our Client is looking for an Operations Manager, who will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations remotely.

    You will be instrumental in sourcing and onboarding new technical engineers, particularly within the gaming, Android app development, and blockchain industries.

    This position requires a proactive individual capable of conducting interviews, managing reports, and providing ongoing support to our current UK and European technical engineering teams.


    • Work closely with the management team to ensure seamless daytoday operations.
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement in operational processes and suggest innovative solutions.
    Collaborate with outsourced partners to enhance overall efficiency.

    • Source, identify, and attract top talent within the gaming, Android app development, and blockchain sectors.
    • Conduct thorough interviews via calls and Zoom meetings to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate with management to make informed decisions on candidate selection.
    Facilitate the onboarding process for new technical engineers.

    • Provide ongoing support to our current UK and European technical engineering teams.
    • Assist in setting up registrations and ensure smooth progress, providing regular updates to management.
    • Generate comprehensive reports on the progress of new technical engineers.
    • Maintain effective communication channels with both internal teams and outsourced partners.
    • Address any additional support requirements from management or outsourced business promptly.

    Requirements

    - Proven experience in operations management or a related role.

    • Familiarity with the gaming, Android app development, and blockchain industries.
    • Strong interviewing and talent assessment skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining a high level of productivity.
