    Description

    1. To develop and amend High Level Org Charts in consultation with section head and SVP.

    2. To prepare employment contracts and offer letters for permanent and temporary positions that are approved in line with established compensation and remuneration practices ensuring proper documentation.

    3. To verify cases for staff promotions and or salary review and prepare draft proposals for review and approval by head of section.

    4. To review and prepare letters for Job Title changes, change of cost centers, transfer letters by verifying manpower budget, job classification and grading standards and or any other requirements as required.

    5. To standardize the Contracts templates for all Junior, Middle and Senior Management positions in line with the organizational policy as well as fulfilling Legal requirements.

    6. To review cases with Rewards team for upgrading of positions and or re-evaluations of position and make appropriate recommendation after carrying out detailed job analysis or study to section head for further action.

    7. To discuss with Rewards and review cases of salary anomaly, grade anomaly, salary revision where required by preparing comparative reports with analysis and make appropriate recommendations or proposals as well as providing costing details.

    8. To assist in carrying out market salary survey and provide information on market remuneration for further analysis.

    09. To assist the section head in reviewing and improving all policies and procedures.

    10. Act as a consultant as the HRBP creates job descriptions for all positions in the organization.

    11. To do the Job Evaluation for all Job Descriptions from time to time to reflect changes in job role and content.

    12. To assist the section head and SVP with High-level Special Projects related to business changes & growth.

    13. To maintain a list of all positions in the organization and the Job Grade, Job Code , Job Family assigned to each position for easy classification.

    14. To assist the section head and HRBP in reviewing and finalizing the Annual Manpower Budget
