Job summary
A Support Engineer will provide technical assistance to customers via phone email or chat. They will troubleshoot issues resolve problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in IT Networking or related field; CCNA/CCNP preferred
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals IP DHCP DNS routing NAT Wi-Fi
- Hands-on experience with firewalls routers switches access points
- Familiarity with NOC monitoring toolsZendesk Freshdesk similar ticketing systems li>Fully English communication problem-solving multitasking time-management skills
