Job description

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand image, drive business growth, and meet organizational goals.
Oversee multiple projects and campaigns in collaboration with various agencies, ensuring that each project is delivered according to the specified scope, on time, and within budget.
Manage and streamline internal processes related to marketing activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Be prepared to handle tight deadlines and adapt quickly to lastminute changes, especially during crisis situations that may arise.
Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve project objectives and maintain a cohesive working environment.
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, handle tight deadlines, and maintain composure during challenging situations.
Possess excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating resources to deliver successful campaigns.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various platforms and audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Willingness to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and embrace new ideas and technologies.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
AED20,000.00 per month
