Job summary
CBD is looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about the banking and finance industry to lead and grow employee banking segment driving strategic partnerships with corporate clients maximizing product uptake among employees enhancing financial wellbeing.
We need someone with at least 5-8 years of banking experience preferably in employee banking manager leadership roles in UAE with demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding business growth service KPIs in regulated environment.
We will provide you with opportunities to develop your skills learn new things build strong relationships with colleagues customers working on innovative projects within fast-paced dynamic environment.
