As Guest Service Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.


Responsibilities:


  • Process all guest checkins, checkouts, room assignments, and room change/late checkout requests. Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities.

Qualifications
Minimum Experience of 2 years in the same position as Guest service Agent/Receptionist/Frond desk Agent is required.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values

Positive attitude and good communication skills

Must speak English and Arabic fluently

Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

Excellent grooming standards


Salary:
AED2, AED2,200.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
