    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Community Specialist. As a Community Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with the company's target audience and promoting community participation and growth. You will also be responsible for community management, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering open communication among stakeholders.

    Qualifications
    • Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Community Engagement skills
    • Experience in Customer Service and Community Management
    • Ability to understand and analyze user feedback / engagement data to aid community outreach and engagement
    • Proficiency with social media platforms and other community-related tools
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills
    • Experience with event planning and management is a plus
    • Fluency in English, both written and oral
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
