    One of our prestigious clients is looking to hire a Country Manager to be based in Dubai, In the Manufacturing Industry, who will be responsible for but not limited to:

    Position Overview:
    Our Client is in search of an accomplished individual for the role of Country Manager. The preferred candidate should possess a proven track record of 5 to 10 years in the industrial market, demonstrating a robust background in overseeing operations within the specified sectors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives in alignment with the company's goals.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
    • Open to frequent travel, including visits to other Gulf Countries to meet clients understand market dynamics, and strengthen business relationships.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential risks.
    • Lead sales initiatives independently, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
    • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization.
    • Personally engage with key clients and participate in customer visits.
    • Leverage past experience in multinational companies to implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Possess a robust background in Business Development and Sales, demonstrating the capability to engage clients across different Gulf countries.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Proven experience of years in a leadership role within the industrial market.
    • Strong Knowledge in business development, sales and market expansion.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Fluent in Arabic, with excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Previous experience in a multinational company is highly desirable.
    • Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
