    • To support Outlet Manager inmanaging all the outlets efficiently according to the establishedconcept statements.
    • To ensure that alloperating standards are adhered to in order to achieve the level ofservice established in the Departmental OperationsManual.
    • To assign responsibilities tosubordinates and to check their performanceperiodically.
    • To assist in controlling therequisitioning, storage and careful using of all operatingequipment and supplies
    • To participate in theformulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining outletprojected revenues and expenses, operating equipment andFF&E requirements in line with the compilation of theAnnual Business Plan.
    • To ensure that the parstocks for all operating equipment and supplies are strictlyadhered to and that the outlet is adequatelyequipped.
    • To assist in conducting monthlyinventory checks on all operating equipment andsupplies.
    • To carry out monthly, quarterly,bi‐yearly, yearly inventory of operatingequipment.
    • To establish a rapport with guestsmaintaining good customer relationship and assisting to updateguest history files.
    • To conduct daily pre‐shiftbriefings to ambassadors on preparation, service and productknowledge.
    • To attend Daily OperatingMeeting.
    • To assist in planning and organizingfestive food promotions within the outlet.
    • Toliaise with the Kitchen and Beverage department on daily operationand quality.
    • To handle all guest complaints,requests and enquiries on food, beverage andservice.
    • To assist in the operations and bevisible during peak times.
    • To ensure that theoutlet cashiering procedures are strictly adheredto.
    • To assist in the revision and updating ofthe outlet Departmental Operations Manual on as neededbasis.
    • To assist in the formulation of theAnnual Marketing Plan to establish a list of marketing activitiesin line with the compilation of the Annual BusinessPlan.
    • To maintain the Daily LogBook.
    • To assist in planning the outlet weeklyroster and work schedules to ensure that the outlet is adequatelymanned to handle the level of business and submit a copy to theHuman Recourses Department.
    • To maintain theoutlet bulletin board.
    • To submit allguest/ambassador incident reports.
    • To report"lost and found" items.
    • Toensure that the outlet is kept clean and organized, both at thefront and back area as well.
    • To liaise andorganize with Housekeeping and Stewarding Departments that theestablished cleaning schedules are strictly adheredto.
    • To issue repair and maintenance work ordersto ensure proper maintenance of the outlet.
    • Tosupervise the ambassadors within the department, ensuring that thecorrect standards and methods of service are maintained as statedin the Hotel and Department OperationsManual.
    • To maintain a high standard of personalappearance and hygiene at all times.
    • To ensurethat the Department's operational budget is strictlyadhered to and that all costs are controlled and expenditureapproved.
