Primary Objective/Purpose of Role
To develop, establish and maintain sales strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the sales and promotional activities of the organization.

Tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

To motivate high-performing sales teams, and lead them to generate leads, hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.


Roles & Responsibility

  • Achieve annual assigned sales targets.
  • Generate new sales/customers.
  • Collect payments within payment period.
  • Promote divisional sales products.
  • Receive inquiries/tenders and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure customer specifications/requirements are fulfilled and documented.
  • Review quotations/BOQs/specifications/sales orders for accuracy.
  • Interact with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Attend to and follow up customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Project a professional image to potential and existing customers during sales meetings/presentations.
  • Identify customer issues/barriers and participate in sales strategy development.
  • Collect, summarize and analyse customer input and comments, and to generate suggestions for new products.
  • Provide market information to the management (products, prices, competitors, etc.).
  • Increase the sales and profitability.
  • Generates sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets.
  • Perform special assignments as given by the Head of the Department.

Knowledge, Skill & Competencies required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or marketing, or related field required.
  • 35 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.
  • A strong understanding of customer and sales dynamics and requirements.
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
  • Strategic thinking, Problem analysis and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month


Experience:

Outdoor Sales: 3 years (preferred)

  • Furniture or
Interior Design Industry: 3 years (preferred)


License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (preferred)
