- Promote corporate integrity rules,policies, and guidelines in the region
- Adviseon the implementation and monitoring of integrity controls inregional/local operationalprocesses
- Collaborate with regional/localinternal and external stakeholders to manage integrityrisks
- Investigate compliance concerns, reportsof misconduct, or potential violations. Take appropriate correctiveaction and report findings tomanagement
- Empower, engage, educate, and trainmanagement and employees on integrityrisks
- Conduct risk assessments to identifypotential areas of compliance risk and develop strategies tomitigate those risks
- Collaborate with variousdepartments, such as legal, finance, and human resources, toaddress compliance-related issues
- Stay informedabout changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact onthe organization. Recommend and implement improvements to enhancecompliance processes
- Perform periodic fieldvisits in the region
- University degree in law, businessmanagement or similar fields
- 10+ years ofrelevant professional experience working in similar industries inmultinational organizations
- Experience workingwith risk, ethics, integrity and/or compliance in Middle East withinternational or regionalresponsibilities
- Certified Fraud Examinerqualified
- Experience working within a matrixorganization
- Experience in conducting internalaudits, investigations, and assessments to identify and rectifycompliance issues
- Excellent knowledge ofwritten and spoken English. Knowledge of written and spoken Arabicis desirable.
