    Description
    • Promote corporate integrity rules,policies, and guidelines in the region
    • Adviseon the implementation and monitoring of integrity controls inregional/local operationalprocesses
    • Collaborate with regional/localinternal and external stakeholders to manage integrityrisks
    • Investigate compliance concerns, reportsof misconduct, or potential violations. Take appropriate correctiveaction and report findings tomanagement
    • Empower, engage, educate, and trainmanagement and employees on integrityrisks
    • Conduct risk assessments to identifypotential areas of compliance risk and develop strategies tomitigate those risks
    • Collaborate with variousdepartments, such as legal, finance, and human resources, toaddress compliance-related issues
    • Stay informedabout changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact onthe organization. Recommend and implement improvements to enhancecompliance processes
    • Perform periodic fieldvisits in the region

    Qualifications

    • University degree in law, businessmanagement or similar fields
    • 10+ years ofrelevant professional experience working in similar industries inmultinational organizations
    • Experience workingwith risk, ethics, integrity and/or compliance in Middle East withinternational or regionalresponsibilities
    • Certified Fraud Examinerqualified
    • Experience working within a matrixorganization
    • Experience in conducting internalaudits, investigations, and assessments to identify and rectifycompliance issues
    • Excellent knowledge ofwritten and spoken English. Knowledge of written and spoken Arabicis desirable.
