We arelooking for a Soft Service Supervisor experienced in EO& Palace Cleaning works in which his key rolewill have a significant impact on the image and reputation of thecompany. The role will cover Security Cleaning Pest ControlConcierge and any other nontechnical activities delivered as partof the service offering. Also to provide a professional andeffective supervisory service across all the company softservices

Responsibilities

Supervisethe daily activities of the team.

Ensure optimaluse of manpower and resources including subcontractors and theirstaff.

Preparation and submission of quotationsand estimates.

Liaise with Facilities Manager toensure accuracy of quotations and estimates for additional Cleaningor Security works.

To respond in a prompt andefficient manner to all reactive issues.

Reportto Facilities Manager on work progress and issues on a dailybasis.

Accurate monitoring on a daily basis ofhours booked and clocked hours.

Compile dailyinspection checklist to monitor the standard of work and completionto the schedule.

Coordinate with other teamsensuring satisfactory completion of all workrequests.

Flexibility to work to shift patternsas and when required. Flexible availability for 24/7 roster standbyduties and emergency callouts.

Explore andincrease business with residential and otherclients

Administration and clericalresponsibilities as required by thejob.

Immediately notify the FacilitiesCoordinator of any safety issues orconcerns.

Maintain a safe place of work Healthand Safety policies and practices are essential to this role andare a condition of employment.

Provide progressreports on allocated work orders as required.

Anyother reasonable task requested by supervisor ormanagement.

Strong teamwork ethic and promotionof customer service excellence.

Good level ofinterpersonal and communication skills. Able to express ideas atall levels.
