Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define design requirements and priorities.
Develop and execute a cohesive design strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends.
Oversee the endtoend design process, from concept ideation and wireframing to prototyping and final execution, ensuring consistency and excellence in design execution.
Champion usercentred design principles, conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
Establish and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines to promote consistency and scalability across products and platforms.
Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and design trends in the crypto space, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate our design capabilities.
Advocate for design excellence within the organization, promoting a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 23 years of handson experience in the Crypto/Blockchain industry.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc., and familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.
Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive, userfriendly experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
