    Were looking for aProject Manager responsible for the successfuldelivery of professional service engagements for our Emerging& MidMarket Customers. The Project Manager will manageinternal and external resources to successfully deliver servicesengagements on time and on budget. This role is a balance ofindependent work where youll own and develop multiple new accountsat a time. This role also requires partnership with ProfessionalServices Consultants Delivery teams Sales counterparts Product andother Customer Success team members to help your clients onboardand grow with Procore.

    As a successfulProject Manager you have a consultative mindsetand can quickly understand both Procores Technology and theindustries we serve. You will apply best practices and solutions toeach client based on their individual business processes and goals.Youll be instrumental in planning clients services developingrollout strategies managing resources and executing against theirproject plan to fulfil the project scope. Leveraging thisconsultative approach you will deliver Industry Technology andChange Management thought leadership while encompassing Procoresvalues of Openness Optimism and Ownership.
    To buildsuccessful relationships with our team and your clients clientonsite travel and company event travel may be required up to 10% ofthe time.

    This position reports to the Managerof Project Management Services EMEA and is located in our Dubaioffice. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.

    What youll do:

    • Work with clients to create a services strategy thatfocuses on business based outcome delivery. This consists ofleading discovery and design workshops developing Gantt projectplans managing and forecasting resources tracking and managing riskbuilding change management strategies and fostering relationshipswith Executives.
    • Responsible for budget andmargin for projects within your book of business
    • Stakeholder management with technical leadership and ourCustomer Success department to establish responsibilities andinternal due dates for all business partners on eachproject
    • Help create efficiencies by developingand implementing repeatable processes and templates to ensurestandardization where possible
    • Create andmanage custom service delivery project plans to ensure on timedelivery of services deliverables and outcomes
    • Remain current on customer needs industry trends marketactivities and competitors to build trust and create meaningfulrelationships among Champions and key points of contact within eachaccount
    • Provide the highest level of serviceand support to Insert Customer Segment or vertical through diligentand proactive communication
    • Partner with Salesand Professional Services Consultants to help scope customerservices and develop key project milestones and deliverables aswell as Product Managers and Customer Success Managers to furtherclient success
    • Working knowledge of Procoresproduct offerings and a deep understanding of Procores businessmodel services emerging technologies and Implementation bestpractices

    What werelooking for:

    • 3 yearsexperience managing service delivery or implementations skillsrequired:
    • Prior experience creating andmanaging Gantt project schedules managing and forecast resourcesbudget and margin reporting track and manage risk build changemanagement strategies establish standard operating procedures deepunderstanding of value drivers etc.
    • A historyof servicing organizations with complex web and mobile applicationsutilized for documentation management project management orsimilar
    • Preferred experience related toconstruction and/or financial SaaS industry and OrganisationalChange Management Consulting
    • Successfulcandidates are innovative persuasive creative and have a genuinecuriosity in their clients business. Goal and results orientedoptimistic smart value added mindset proactive and easily adapts tochange.
    • Successful management of projects andSOWs delivery
    • Demonstrated successful softwareclient services with proven experience onboarding and trainingseven figure clients
    • Strong empathy forcustomers AND passion for project management andorganization

    While our ProjectManagement team works closely with all levels of our organizationincluding our sales team this position does not include any directsellingrelated tasks or activities. Our Implementation team issolely focused on ensuring Procores clients are well supportededucated and fully adopted on our platform.
