Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize indepth knowledge of the Real Estate/Property sector to provide expert cost management services.
• Demonstrate proficiency in construction industry technical matters, including various cost management standards, value management, and value engineering.
• Showcase proven experience in clientfacing roles, maintaining a professional approach, and confidently presenting to clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Client personnel, instilling confidence and assurance.
• Exhibit solid experience and capabilities in precontract services, encompassing feasibility assessment, tendering, benchmarking, and pricing of building and MEP works for estimating. Additionally, contribute to the preparation of Bills of Quantities.
• Take personal responsibility for endtoend service delivery is a must.
• Lead a cost management team when required, ensuring the team delivers on all the aforementioned accountabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile:
Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles within the Real Estate/Property sector.
• For MEP cost managers, a relevant Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree is preferable.
• Proficiency in Cost-X is required.
• Knowledge of BIM is preferred.
