    Business Development Manager for ECL product lines is in charge of the sales and development on the product line related to ECL:

    Services Projects Sales

    o Be the first point of contact for the appointed customers

    o Listen to customer pain/needs and identify a solution

    o Conduct regular meetings and visits with each customer

    o Present Fives products, solutions and services to customers

    o Participate and present the company in relevant conferences and events

    o Attend site visits with customers to define projects' scope of work

    o Facilitate contractors/suppliers visits to estimate projects costing

    o Develop Technical and Commercial offers and manage the submittal to customers

    o Register commercial offers in Sales Forces and SAP systems

    o Follow up the submitted offers and track tenders

    o Negotiate with stakeholders and close deals

    o Handover commercial orders to the technical services team

    o Manage regular Fives events: Customer Day, Back to School, Sales seminars, etc.

    o In charge of Fives Services Gulf Business Plan and growth drivers for his area

    o Assist new equipment sales in collaboration with head offices (Fives ECL / Fives Solios)

    o Support the project team for projects performance to ensure overall customer satisfaction

    o Support Spare Parts business

    o Responsible about a budget of sales to be defined yearly by the Sales Manager

    Profil

    Qualifications:

    · BSc/BA in business administration, sales , engineering or relevant field

    Experience:

    · 10 years working experience as a business development manager in relevant field

    · Proven sales track record and strong market knowledge

    · Experience in customer support

    · Proficiency in English
