Description

Our facility management company is looking for a Female Administrator who will coordinate with the site supervisors ,engineers and client for preventive maintenance scheduling and day to day permits.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word,Excel and Outlook in particular)

Facility Management is Advantage

Preparing, organizing and storing documents/information in paper and electronic
forms

Track, order, and maintain office supplies as necessary

Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation

Contact supplier and research for selection


Requirements and skills:

- with at least 2 to 3 years experience as an administrator in facilities management or related field.

  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures
  • Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
  • Advanced typing, note taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
