The engineer's responsibilities include defining problems, researching, interpreting, and applying information, developing solutions, and making decisions.Responsibilities:
Prior experience in any Manufacturing /Processing/Batching industry with hands-on experience in plant and Equipment controls with PLC and VFD.Ability to read Electrical Power, control schematic drawings, plant layouts, and blueprints.
Knowledge in Process controls instruments, sensors & Transmitters (Proximity Switches, Limit Switches, Encoders, PT100/RTD's, Pressure Transducers, Load cell & flow meters Etc.)Working knowledge of PLC, HMI, and frequency drives.
Setting and Calibration of the Weighing system.Electrical Power and control's fault-finding ability.
Able to identify and review the technical specifications of equipment parts and drawings.
Experience in scheduling & Executing Preventive, Corrective, and periodic maintenance of plant and equipment.
Requirements:
Bachelors in Electrical EngineeringMin 8years work experience in Production/Manufacturing Plants handling maintenance departmentGCC exposure preferredExperience in Siemens, Allen Bradley, etcAvailable to join immediately
