Description
We are looking for the following positions:1) Bartender

  • Constantly applies standard operating procedures in your department
  • Checks stock level of bar supplies and initiates necessary requisitions, obtains requisitioned supplies
  • Checks and sets up bar and equipment, places bottles in proper place and prepares misenplace
  • Ensures that licensing hours and laws are strictly followed
  • Maintains a constant awareness of security within the Hotel and report immediately anything or anyone of a suspicious nature to either your Head of Department, Manager or Duty Manager
2) Barback

  • Assists the bartenders in opening, maintaining and closing the bar
3) Waitress/Hostess

  • Serve food and beverages to guests
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedure
  • Adhere to billing policies and cost handling procedures
  • Maintain a clean and tidy restaurant
  • Take any guest feedback seriously and advise hotel management

Experience:

- at least 2 years relevant (required)


Language:


  • English fluently (required)
