  • Responsible for structuring and negotiating financing with banking institutions._

  • Responsible for the coordination of the legal part of the companies (relations with lawyers and legal processes)._
- _

  • Administrative staff management._
- _

  • Management of lease contracts and negotiation with current and new clients._
- _

  • Plan and supervise the activities of the real estate company_
  • Define business opportunities and considerations of the company's land, for new real estate developments._
- _

  • Implement the technical and administrative areas for the development of the projects._
- _

  • Supervise and manage with the entities that participate in the development of real estate projects and control of the works in progress._

_ Job Requirements:
_

- _Minimum education: Graduate_

- _5 years of experience_
- _Knowledge: Finance, Project Management, Real Estate_

- _Driver's licenses: car_

- _Availability to travel: Yes_
