Outdoor Sales for Motorcycles (Fixed Salary+ commission + motorcycle and sim card)Requirements and job tasks
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales in UAE market
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Locating potential business deals by contacting new delivery services companies
- Maintaining relationship with key Accounts of UAE customers.
- Developing new business with delivery services companies.
- Developing Lease and rental options to Big Restaurants Group
- Identifying trendsetter ideas by researching motorbike delivery companies
- Developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Managing the sales team
- Sales forecasting weekly.
- Keeping updated about the market trend.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Motorcycle Fleet sales in UAE
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Ability to create and do presentations
Able to work independently with mínimal oversight
Ability to research potential clients.
Meeting clients and visiting everyday.
Can speak and present professionally
Knowledge of delivery companies, restaurants and contacts in the industry.
Knowledge of motorcycles.
