    We are looking to hire ahigh-performing B2B Sales and Business development Manager with 3-4years of prior sales experience in the FMCG Retail or HorecaMarket.


    {Looking someone from samedomain only.}Theideal candidate will have strong sales skills with a proven trackrecord in the FMCG space will know where to look and how to convertopportunities for the business.

    Closely collaborating and workingwith the Founder and the CEO in a high paced start-up environment,you will be responsible for crafting plans, strategies, andexecuting thesame.


    Theroles and responsibilitiesinclude:1. Plan B2B SalesStrategies to grow the awareness and acceptance of Products in theRetail and Horeca market. Take ownership; create Sales systems,processes and reports for the field sales and client engagementteams.2. Relay Market feedback with theSales Team and be a part of strategizing the go to market strategy(channels, comp pricing, packaging, overall value proposition toclients, timing etc.) for new products.3.Foster and Maintain relationships with retailers, distributors,partners to effectively service theirneeds.4. On boarding repeat customers /accounts for national retail / bulk sales.5.Overseeing pre- to post-sales activities while ensuring thegreatest level of client satisfaction.6.Focus on training, development and mentorship for the sales team -guiding them with their growth, clear business priorities andbuilding a robust sales organization.7.Co-ordinate with internal teams (quality, operations etc) to ensurehigh service levels to clients and smoothoperations.

    Requirements:1.Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and analyticsskills.2. Sales, F&B / Groceries /Value-added packaged food products Niche Category Sales, FieldSales, GT/MT Knowledge.3. Ability tocommunicate well in Hindi, Marathi andEnglish.4. MS Excel, Google Docs,Email.5. Detail and Resultsoriented.6. Punctual, Dependable andEnterprising.7. Min 3-4 years of workexperience in FMCG Retail or Distribution, Food bulk sales orHospitality sector.8. Good negotiationskills.9. Good understanding and networkamong A+ retail clients / HoReCa clients / Volumeclients.
