    Job Description Overall Objective of the JobResponsible for effective and efficient execution of secretarialand administrative work and ensure effective operations of theoffice of the chair of the department.

    Responsibilities - Preformsa verity of secretarial and support tasks for the chair of theGenetics & Genomics Department - Schedules meeting,appointments and keep track of chair calendar - Processes allbusiness correspondence including letters, reports, memos androutine correspondences - Provide appropriate liaison with theuniversity and other external agencies and organization - Assistthe chair in activities related to strategic planning - Assist thechair in activities related to management advisory board - Preparedaily and weekly Schedules chart for the chair of department -Organize and maintain files and records.

    - Other duties as assignedby immediatesupervisor.

    Requirements
    MinimumQualification - College degree or higher diploma - 3-6 years ofrelevant experience Expected Skills/Rank/Experience - Interpersonaland communication skills. - High-level skills in using the Internetand computer programs especially MS Office. - Proficiency inEnglish and Arabic
