- To implement the Gypsum brand strategy with alignment of SG UAE strategy
- To define with SG UAE Brands & Communication department the communication plan to increase the brand development & visibility
- To understand, and keep up to date on, the current market environment, competitive dynamics and key business drivers of businesses
- Analyse and report on the campaign results using all means available to demonstrate ROI and use this to adapt, amend and implement new campaigns Strategy
- Create and propose a long range strategic plan for the dry lining & ceiling covering new product development, communication plan, new sectors development, route to market for a sustainable business growth
- To propose and manage new initiative for the communication of Gyproc UAE (Newsletters, Website, Social Networks, Brochures etc.) with the support of SG UAE Brands & Communication department for execution
- Support the Sales team to develop a communication strategy and relevant tools for their customers
- To ensure that the classification of customers is in place and relevant to each customer category
- To implement project prioritisation in line with company strategy
- To be responsible for the market segmentation and the definition of the company's strategy for each segment Digital
- Own CRM & other digital tools continuous development to improve efficiency of SG UAE teams
- Develop long range digital strategy for Saint-Gobain UAE showing tangible result on year on year (system selector, PIM, Implementation of BIM technology,)
- Support Saint-Gobain UAE for the new website development Execution
- Analyses/understands financial impact to prioritise product/service offerings that meet the profit/revenue expectation of Gyproc Business.
- Anticipates future customer/market requirements and takes steps to fulfil them.
- Conducts/manages research projects to inform/reinforce decision making in marketing planning and associated management processes.
- Ensures all stakeholders understand what creates value for the customer/market.
- Provides the tools and knowledge for the sales teams to be effective and communicates the value proposition through the sales organization.
- Demonstrates best practice budget management and measurement of performance against KPI's.
- Uses market/competitive intelligence to capitalise on competitors' position and gain advantage in the marketplace.
- Contribute to the safety aspects of the company by demonstrating responsibility of self and others
- Own NPD team to support product launches and work on NPD projects
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or similar discipline
- Professional Marketing Qualifications desirable Experience
- Min 3-5 years marketing or sales experience in B2B sector
- Marketing Expertise, Project Management, Collaborative Team Working
- Awareness of requirements of marketing or selling technical, performance–based products
- Strong awareness of product development and launch process
- The ability to communicate at a range of levels across the business
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
