    Customer Support Specialist - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Concentrix

    About the Role

    Deliver exceptional and precise solutions to clients while adhering to established guidelines and protocols. Address general inquiries and provide effective resolutions to ensure that the goals set by the organization are achieved successfully.

    Your mission is to assist clients by offering top-notch service, ensuring complete satisfaction and meeting their expectations.

    Required Skills

    • Proficient English Speaker: Must demonstrate fluency in both verbal and written English with a high proficiency level (85% or above).
    • Flexible Scheduling: Availability to work various shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
    • Educational Background: Completion of high school is mandatory.
    • Experience: Previous experience in a call center environment is advantageous.

    Essential Soft Skills

    • Familiarity with basic internet tools.
    • Empathetic approach towards customers.
    • Ability to multitask effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • Active and efficient communication skills.
    • Capacity to perform and achieve results under pressure.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose issues and seek solutions to provide answers to customer inquiries through the designated communication channels.
    • Accurately document information in the database using the provided tools to track customer requests through data entry.
    • Achieve set individual and team performance metrics, including customer service, productivity, and quality benchmarks.
    • Follow up on customer concerns until they are resolved, including requests, transactions, information updates, or any other issues raised by the client.
