- Lead and manage the ITInfrastructure and Service Desk teams to ensure efficient andeffective IT operations.
- Responsible for theplanning, implementation, and maintenance of theorganization's IT infrastructure and supportservices.
- Oversee the design, deployment, andmaintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure,including servers, network, storage, and datacenters.
- Ensure the availability, reliability,and performance of IT systems, and implement proactive monitoringand maintenance routines.
- Collaborate withother teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades andexpansions.
- Lead and mentor the Service Deskteam in providing exceptional technical support to end-users andaddressing IT issues promptly.
- Establish andmonitor service desk KPIs and SLAs to ensure service quality andefficiency.
- Continuously improve service deskprocesses and workflows to enhance usersatisfaction.
- Manage the IT infrastructure andservice desk budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations andadherence to financial constraints.
- Implementand enforce IT security policies and practices to safeguard theorganization's data andsystems.
- Recruit, train, and develop IT staff,fostering a high-performing and cohesiveteam.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-partyservice providers to procure, install, and maintain ITinfrastructure components.
- Maintain accuratedocumentation of IT infrastructure configurations, procedures, andincident reports.
- Generate regular reports onIT performance, issues, and improvements formanagement.
