    Spearhead the NonMotor department championing operationalexcellence and strategicgrowth.

    Drive client retention initiatives with a focus on achievingunparalleled customersatisfaction.

    Seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities acrossdifferent insurance streams contributing to the firmsexpansion.

    Craft and implement strategies for crossselling and upselling tooffer clients a holistic approach to riskmanagement.

    Cultivate strong relationships with insurers to negotiate favorableterms and gain insights into industrytrends.

    Enhance departmental procedures and systems for improved efficiencyandeffectiveness.

    Assure the precision and prompt issuance of policydocuments.

    Offer strategic support to the Marketing team through portfolioanalysis andinsights.

    Lead training and development efforts ensuring compliance withstandards andSLAs.

    Nurture a team environment that is motivated and geared towardsachieving collectiveobjectives.



    Requirements

    At least 10 years of experience managing a team in underwriting orhandling claims within the NonMotor insurance sector in the UAE orhomecountry.

    Insurance qualifications such as FIII or ACII aremandatory.

    Proven expertise in understanding and applying knowledge ofNonMotor insuranceproducts.

    Skillful in market analysis relationship building and navigatingcomplex marketdynamics.

    Exceptional in multitasking assertive communication and strategicthinking.

    Strong time management skills with a proven ability to delivertangibleresults.

    A track record of success in meeting renewal targets establishingdeep customer relationships and leading a team toexcellence.
