We are looking for a Call Center Agent (German speaking) for our Dubai Office.

EMS Air Ambulance & Medical Repatriation Ltd. is specialized in worldwide medical repatriation. We transport patients by air ambulance and on commercial flights._
To guide and advise our German clients in their request for a medical repatriation, we are looking for a Germanspeaking Call Center Agent for our Dubai Office._

Job Duties

Daytoday back office activities
Preparing and followingup quotations
Speaking with clients

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in German & English
Organization and planning skills // multitasking
Proactive mentality
Being able to work under pressure
Time management skills

Language:

Must be fluent in English and German (spoken & written)
