Description

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages with precision and consistency.
• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter cafe.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the seating area, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
• Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with the barista team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly to guests.
• Process transactions using the pointofsale system and handle cash and card payments.
• Uphold the coffee shop's standards of quality and hospitality at all times.

• Previous experience as a barista/GSA/ Hostess or in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso beverages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow as part of a team.
