Position Summary
We are seeking a responsive and customer-focused Customer Representative Support Specialist to provide high-quality assistance and ensure a positive experience for clients across multiple communication channels.
This role is ideal for individuals who excel at resolving inquiries, maintaining professionalism, and delivering clear and accurate information in a remote environment.
As a Customer Representative Support Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and supporting overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
In This Role, You Will
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward effective solutions
Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary
Document customer interactions clearly within CRM or ticketing systems
Follow service level agreements (SLAs) and internal support protocols
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications
Identify common customer concerns and contribute to process improvements
Your contributions will help strengthen customer relationships and promote long-term retention.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or call center roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support platforms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
