Overview:


G42 Healthcare is an Abu Dhabi based health technology company active across data and AI, digital health, advanced OMICS, pharma, diagnostics and environmental sciences.


G42 Healthcare has recently merged with the healthcare arm of the Abu Dhabi Sovereign Fund Mubadala (Mubadala Health) creating a unique organisation with over 7,000 staff spanning omics, technology and healthcare provision.


G42 Healthcare is also the facilitator of the 1 million Emirati Genome Program, operating an NGS facility that can deliver over 500,000 whole genome sequences per annum.

We have recently launched a regional partnership with Somalogic, establishing the first high-throughput proteomics facility in the Middle East, and also own the local Health Information Exchange called Mallafi.


Responsibilities:


  • Be the marketing expert and point of contact for G42 Healthcare' Environmental Sciencies unit
  • Drive the development and sign off of the Annual Marketing Plan with the business unit stakeholders and senior managers
  • Own the implementation and success of the Annual Marketing Plan
  • Ensure your marketing activities and initiatives drive lead generation and commercial success.
  • Present overviews of your business unit, its mission, value proposition and capabilities to internal and external senior level management.
  • Develop marketing collateral finessed and aligned to specific customer category needs making sure all materials are on brand.
  • Stay up to date and inform the business of the market and competitor trends, actions and developments.
  • Deliver PR and press release activities to increase industry awareness of the G42 healthcare business unit
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key internal & external stakeholders.
  • Acts as customer advocate, understanding and communicating customer needs effectively, including technical requirements.
  • Support product training as required to ensure business development, medical and operations team members are trained in product positioning, value propositions, key features and 'rules of engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • At least 5 years' experience in B2B and B2C Environmental Sciences Marketing
  • Excellent communication skills in an internationally & culturally diverse environment with the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Proven experience and success in food, water and environmental testing and good awareness of EDG and campaigns
  • Comfortable and capable of managing ambiguous situations into clearly defined and justified actions
  • Business awareness and knowledge of the technology and market environment with a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, internally and externally
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for quality, with the ability to move forward and execute
  • Ability to prioritize, manage expectations, plan and coordinate stakeholders when working on projects
  • Ability to be handson in a complex operational environment, to manage and close the loop on multiple concurring tasks
  • Arabic speaking is an advantage
  • Multinational and/or startup company experience is an advantage
