We are currently seeking experienced senior stylists who will guarantee client satisfaction with their exceptional skills in hair cutting, colouring, and styling. As a valued member of the spa, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in providing keratin treatments, hair straightening, creative hair ups, hair extensions, and other hairdressing services. By upholding the highest standards of service, offering personalised recommendations for client home care, implementing efficient operational procedures, and delivering exceptional client care, you will contribute to a remarkable experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
Be a team player to ensure the highest possible standards of service delivery.
Welcome and interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and tactful manner.
Communicate in English or Arabic at all times. Avoid speaking your native language with colleagues unless the client speaks that language.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs.
Complete a consultation sheet for every new client.
Use a waiver when clients insist on a service you recommend against.
Serve clients professionally, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Discuss the client's next visit requirements and inform reception accordingly.
Use products according to manufacturers' specifications and avoid excessive usage.
Educate clients and recommend products to help them maintain their hairstyles.
Attend technical training sessions, hairdressing seminars, and stay updated on new products, techniques, and trends.
Promote and sell appropriate hair products.
Keep track of clients' visits, services offered, and specific colors used.
Assist with purchase orders.
Be confident in all aspects of hairdressing.
Maintain personal grooming and appearance standards consistently.
Arrive on time for shifts and appointments.
Perform services within the allotted time for each service.
Actively promote salon products, services, promotions, and discounts to achieve sales goals.
Maintain an active social media profile to increase salon visibility, showcase talent, stay informed about trends, and grow a following.
Adhere to sanitation and sterilisation standards as per salon policies.
Perform necessary preparation work and clean and restock the work area as required.
Report any staff or client-related issues to management promptly.
Handle client questions and concerns professionally and courteously, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
Read and understand the Operations Manual and comply with salon rules and regulations.
Perform any other duties as determined necessary by management.
