    Description
    Bühler Group in Dubai, UAE is looking for a skilled professional to join our Service team as Business Development Manager. This position will be responsible to develop the business for grains, consumer food and advanced material markets with necessary data analytics, market research and business coordination in the Middle East and Africa region.

    Tasks

    • Identifies gaps in the market and drives initiatives to increase Services business across the region.
    • Researching and identifying new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products or new ways of reaching existing markets.
    • Organizing trainings and planning monthly campaigns, webinars, supporting exhibitions.
    • Provides market potential insights, defines product portfolio, and product pricing.
    • Manage Sales key performance indicator (KPI) reporting and management information.
    • Supports Service Team with product portfolio, pricing, trainings and alignment with respective business units.
    • Provides direct support to the Head of Service Business.
    • Reviews and analyzes business process.
    • Internal and customer event planning and execution with special focus on use of online communication channels such as webinars.
    • Monitor trends and changes in the Service business across the region.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree, Masters Degree would be an added advantage.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the food industry.
    • Fluent communication skill in English, knowledge in Arabic and French would be an added advantage.
    • Traveling across Middle East and Africa region (up to 50%).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Excellent knowledge in market data analytics, marketing communication and research methods.
    • Knowledge of key tools and systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Adobe InDesign and SAP CRM qualification an advantage.
    • Strong presentation skills and CRM knowledge.
    • Ability to work in a matrix organization.
