- Lead the tendering process fromstart to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion of alltender submissions.
- Conduct thorough marketresearch to identify potential opportunities and gather relevantinformation for tender preparation.
- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, legal,and technical departments, to gather necessary inputs for tendersubmissions.
- Analyze client requirements,project specifications, and contractual terms to develop tailoredand commercially viable proposals.
- Preparedetailed cost estimates, budgets, and pricing models, consideringvarious factors such as vessel selection, crewing, equipment, andlogistics.
- Coordinate and manage the internalreview process, ensuring all submissions meet quality standards andalign with company objectives.
- Liaise withclients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain clarifications,negotiate terms, and gather necessarydocumentation.
- Monitor industry trends,competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potentialrisks and opportunities.
- Maintain accuraterecords of all tendering activities, including documentation,correspondence, and submissiontimelines.
- Provide post-tender analysis andfeedback to management for continuous improvement of the tenderingprocess.
