Description

Responsibilities:

Managing the work of the accounting outsourcing department;
Formation of a team of accountants, organization and control of the work of specialists;
Analysis of existing business processes of the department and development of recommendations for their improvement;
Ensuring and monitoring the quality of accounting in client companies;
Checking reports on client companies;
Consulting the accounting group on taxation and accounting issues (including communication with the client on complex issues);
Compliance with deadlines for completing tasks to verify accounting in the client's companies (regular audit);
Coordination and control of responses to requirements from regulatory authorities for client companies,

Support of audits;
Analysis of workload and efficiency of group employees;


Requirements:


Knowledge of Russian and English;

Experience as a chief accountant in an outsourcing company for at least 3 years;
Experience in Quickbooks, Zoho Books will be an advantage;
Experience working with companies with different industry specifics;
Willingness to work in multitasking mode;
Knowledge of accounting programs;


Conditions:


Working hours:
Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 18:00 UAE time;
Possibility of relocation to the company's head office in Dubai;
