• Synchronize the information flowbetween sales team and back office to ensure proper workflow.
• Coordinate the promo activities betweenTrade Marketing, Operation Supervisor and Sales Team to receivepromotion item on time
• Prepare and send acrossthe daily Sales Report to inform the sales team about the currentsales figures.
• Collection data from market andrecord (leaflet, news paper and digital) for managementreview
• Coordinate with Logistic department forimpounds shipments to make sure the shipments cleared and receivedon time.

Qualifications:

• Minimumof a Bachelor's degree in relatedspecialization.
• Previous 3 Years experience inback office for operational and administrative task in consumerdivision.

• FMCG experienceis a MUST.
• Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm,with strong communication skills.
• Adaptabilityand ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment.
• Expertise in creating andmaintaining detailed spreadsheets for sales reporting and analysisthrough Microsoft Excel.
