Job Summary
We are looking for someone we can rely on and grow with. As our first Customer Success & Talent Acquisition Lead - Founders Associate, you will be handling:Customer Success (Onboarding, Training and customer support) for clients who use our ATS - (Primary Job - 75%)
Occasionally, Internal HR (mainly recruitment) for Whitecarrot during the first few months
If you enjoy dealing with other HR professionals but also candidates, building teams and systems, improving processes and directly impacting revenue and client outcomes this is your next big move.
This is not a basic Recruiter Role or a basic Customer Support role. This is a crucial position multi-hat foundational role for someone who wants to build operate and grow fast into leadership within 2026.
