- A Bachelor's degree,preferably related to computer science orequivalent
- Working knowledge of OOP, C#, RestAPIs, .Net core, WPF, WCF and .Net framework (WPF and MSSQL aremandatory requirements)
- Minimum 3 years ofexperience in software development
- 2+ years ofproduction support experience in application, software or technicalservices disciplines.
- Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Azure cloud hosting and container-based solutions (Eg:Azure Kubernetes, App Services)
- Experienceworking on RDBMS and No-SQL databases
- Knowledgeof incident, problem and change management processes and a goodunderstanding of ITIL best practices. (ITIL foundationcertification would be considered an advantage, but is notmandatory)
- Previous experience developing andsupporting solutions in the supply chain, shipping and logisticsdomain will be considered a plus.
- Exposure toapplication development, integration, testing and release will beconsidered a plus.
- Knowledge of APM(Application Performance Monitoring) and related tool exposure willbe an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Agile andDevOps methodologies
