SCOPE:
To look after accounting operations to run smoothly & ensures the financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
QUALIFICATION:
- Accounting: Minimum 5 years of UAE experience (mandatory)
SPECIFIC TASKS
- preparation of monthly accounting reports.

Accurately preparing tax returns and ensuring that company taxes are paid in a timely manner
:
- Providing regular updates to management regarding company finances.
- Supervises staffs to assure that the department accomplishes accounting objectives by assigning, managing, and mentoring employees.
- Develops and maintains sales and margin reporting.
- Maintains cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements, and resource planning
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data and preparing reports.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profitandloss statements, and other reports.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups and following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
- Maintains management's confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
