Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Real Estate Analyst on behalf of our client with a background in banking to join our team.

The Real Estate Analyst will play a vital role in conducting financial analysis, market research, and investment modeling to support decision-making and maximize the performance of our real estate investments.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis of real estate investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, ROI analysis, and sensitivity analysis. Evaluate investment metrics such as NPV, IRR, and DCF to assess risk and return.

Market Research: Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential investment opportunities and market trends. Analyze demographic data, supply and demand dynamics, and economic indicators to inform investment strategies.

Investment Due Diligence: Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, including reviewing financial documents, property valuations, and legal agreements. Identify and assess risks and opportunities associated with each investment opportunity.

Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment performance and support decision-making. Model various scenarios and sensitivities to assess the impact on investment returns and profitability.

Investment Reporting: Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and investors, summarizing key findings and recommendations. Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including acquisitions, asset management, and finance, to support investment initiatives and optimize portfolio performance. Coordinate with external partners, including lenders, appraisers, and brokers, as needed.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE real estate market is essential.
  • 35 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, or related field.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
  • Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals, including property valuation, market analysis, and investment metrics.
  • Knowledge of banking principles and financial markets, with experience in underwriting and deal structuring.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think critically and make datadriven decisions.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
