Supervisor
We are looking to hire an Supervisor with experience in the Fresh Fruit and Vegetables sector within the UAE market.
Can speak English, Arabic, Hindi
Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
- Maintain standards of health and safety and security.
- Prepare cost saving analysis.
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years experience within the Fruit and Vegetables sector in the UAE.
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
