Your mission in the role of the Service Advisor is to unravel the mysteries of the mechanic's world and translate them into everyday language that even your dog could understand.

You'll be the automotive interpreter, making sure our customers understand what's happening under their hood and leave with a clear mind.

What will I be doing?
Embrace the role of the automotive detective, checking for any elusive scratches or battle scars

Understand customers' car concerns, and swoop in with the perfect solutions and support they need

Coordinate the service schedule, making sure every customer takes their turn in the spotlight right on cue

Pen down the job cards and repair descriptions, crafting a storyline for our technicians to follow

Translate customer worries into the technical language of the auto world, ensuring everyone's speaking the same automotive dialect

Step into the role of the service guru, answering questions about the outcome of the service and breaking down the details of the work that'll rejuvenate the wheels and set them in smooth motion once again

Craft accurate estimates like a pro with the costs and time required for the desired car transformation

Let the customers know once their vehicle is ready to conquer new off-road adventures

Mastery in managing customer concerns, turning frowns into engine-revving smiles

Guide the follow-up act after the service, connecting with customers to gather feedback on their experience - from the quality of work to the timely service.

And don't forget to remind them about their next service while also inviting them to share their positive experience with fellow off-roaders

Suggest additional enhancements, identifying chances to elevate their automotive journey with the small unique touches


What are we looking for?
3 to 5 years of solid experience under your belt, including a year in the GCC. While UAE experience isn't a must, it's like a cherry on top

Diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering - your ticket to the automotive realm

Knowledge of Arabic language - a must that'll help you steer through conversations

Prior dealership experience and the essential trainings

Maneuver your way around computers like a pro - a digital driver's license of sorts
