Purchasing Department Manager:

We are looking for a manager with experience in managing procurement and supply operations in an oil services company.

Will be responsible for developing and implementing the procurement strategy to ensure that the materials and services required to operate our company are provided with the best quality and lowest possible cost.

The Manager will be responsible for supervising and directing the Procurement team to achieve set targets.

Responsibilities:

Identifying suitable suppliers and managing relationships with them.
Develop and implement procurement strategy and set targets for efficiency and cost.
Improving internal operations and developing administrative and logístical procedures.
Analyzing data related to procurement and preparing appropriate reports to follow up on procurement performance.
Improving relations with suppliers and improving negotiation and dealing with them.
Manage the procurement team and direct them to achieve set targets.
Using modern technologies and digital tools to improve procurement processes.
Ability to plan and organize: A manager must be able to prioritize and plan procurement effectively, and manage time well to achieve set goals.
Ability to manage and lead: The manager must be able to efficiently manage the procurement team, motivate them to achieve set goals, and direct them to improve performance.
Communication and

Negotiation Skills:
The manager must be able to communicate effectively with suppliers and customers, and develop strong relationships with them. He must also be able to negotiate and make decisions on contracts and procurement.

Knowledge of procurement and logistics operations: The manager must be familiar with logistics, delivery, warehousing and packaging operations, as well as knowledge of the tools and techniques used in the field of procurement.
Analytical and

Reporting Ability:

The manager must be able to analyze procurement related data and prepare appropriate reports to follow up on procurement performance.

Flexibility and Adaptability: The manager must be able to adapt to sudden changes in procurement and adjust the strategy according to the circumstances around him.
The ability to think strategically: the manager must be able to think strategically and develop longterm procurement plans that are in line with the company's goals and improve performance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in managing procurement and supply operations in an oil services company.
Contract Management Systems (CMS): This tool helps to improve the management of contracts with suppliers and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Inventory Management Systems (IMS): This tool facilitates inventory management, optimizing the provision of required items, and avoiding shortages and waste.

- e-procurement systems: This tool facilitates the online procurement process, improving efficiency and reducing costs
