    In thisdynamic role, you will be the go-to person for all HR-relatedmatters, supporting our organization's growth and fosteringa positive work environment.

    Responsibilities


    HROperations Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRinquiries, providing guidance and support to employees andmanagement on various HR issues.

    Manage employee records, HRISadministration, and ensure compliance with relevant laws andregulations.

    Recruitment and Onboarding Leadend-to-end recruitment efforts, from job posting and candidatesourcing to onboarding and orientation. Collaborate with hiringmanagers to define job requirements, conduct interviews, andfacilitate seamless onboarding experiences for newhires.

    Employee Relations Proactively addressemployee relations matters, including conflict resolution,performance management, and disciplinary actions. Foster a positivework environment by promoting open communication, fairness, andrespect among employees.

    Requirements


    Musthave a minimum of 5 yrs of progressive HR experience plus aBachelor's degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field.

    PHR,SHRM-CP, SHRL, CHRP or similar certification stronglypreferred.

    Willingness and ability toeffectively serve as the sole HR representative of the company isrequired.

    Expertise in recruiting/talentacquisition is a big plus.

    Previous experiencewithin the construction industry is preferred, but notrequired.

    This is a Hybrid position and willreport directly to the President of thecompany.
