On behalfof a reputable renewable energy firm, we are looking to hire aTransaction Manager. The successful candidate will have an activerole in identifying new opportunities to enhance portfoliogrowth.

TheRole:

• Reviewand screen acquisition projects in terms of their strategic andcommercialpotential.
  
• Coordinatewith key internal and external stakeholders including projectvendors and JV partners businesses to oversee and deliverprojects.
  
• Prepareand present to the Investment Committee and actively engage in thedecision-making process on all transactional and acquisitivematters.
  
• Assistand coordinate with team members on all aspects of the financialmodel from development toreview.
  

Requirements

• 3rdlevel qualification in engineering, finance oraccounting.
  
• Aminimum of 4+ years postgraduate experience in corporate finance orrelated commercialdiscipline.
  
• Excellentcommercial acumen with the ability to take ownership of work whileworking closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver teamobjectives.
  
• Strongfinancial modelling skills and ability to effectively andstrategically assess potentialacquisitions.
