Description

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in managing overdue accounts, sending reminders, statements, and dunning letters to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
  • Process incoming payments, allocate funds to appropriate accounts, and update customer accounts accordingly.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between payments received and outstanding invoices.
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging, collection progress, and credit risk assessment.
  • Maintain accurate records of credit approvals, payment plans, and communication history.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to credit and collections.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor of Commerce.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same trade.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess credit risk and financial data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
