    Our Research

Our research goal is to unveil how key cell-fate decisionnetworks in cancer cells and stromal cells model the tumormicroenvironment, antitumor immunity, and We focus on key molecularmechanisms regulating cancer cell death, cancer-drivenlymphangiogenesis, and T-cell responses controlling antitumorimmunity, which can be harnessed to improve the efficacy ofimmunotherapy or new therapeutic approaches against We areparticularly interested in understanding how rewiring of crucialhomeostatic/metabolic pathways enables melanoma cells to resistspontaneous or therapy-induced cell death, and disseminate throughthe lymphatic system and the lymph nodes while escaping

Our overarching aim is to pursue highly interdisciplinaryresearch, covering research at the molecular, single-cell,inter-cellular, and organism levels through innovative approachesthat integrate spatial single-cell omics and translational cancerresearch, in order to bridge the gap between fundamental discoveryin cancer research to novel clinical applications in cancer
