    Responsibilities
    Owning, managing, and profitably trading in the European power markets while implementing any relevant strategiesInnovating new ideas for trading tools and strategies then working with the analysis and development teams to implement themUtilising self-starter capability while also working efficiently within a team environmentEnsuring all power market regulations and requirements are upheld through good communication with the system operatorsUpholding and living our cultural values
    Basic Qualifications
    Excellent numerical and logical reasoning skillsAbility to think clearly in critical situationsStrong commercial awareness and a passion for energy marketsResilience, integrity, and a proactive, self-starter attitudeClear, concise communication skills and team-oriented mindsetFluent in English, both written and spoken
    Preferred Qualification & Background
    Track record of excellence, academic or professional, in quantitative, trading, or analytical rolesExperience with market-data platforms, trading tools, or scripting languages (Python, VBA, etc.)Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to innovate in a fast environment
